- Marketing messages: information about new PEB solutions, sector offerings, or promotions, sent only to contacts who have opted in (e.g. by messaging us first or submitting an inquiry/quote request) and who may opt out at any time.
- Authentication messages: one-time passcodes or identity verification, where applicable to secure access to project/client portals.
- Service/conversational messages: responses to inquiries you initiate about bulk orders, project requirements, or general questions, including automated/chatbot-assisted responses used to route your inquiry to the right team member.
